At interchange Plus Rates we pride ourselves on our customer service.   You will have three layers  of support including a Representative assigned to your account that you can call 24/7.

    1. First Data is the largest network in the world and you will have the comfort of knowing you can call them 24/7 for any issue at all whether it is a problem with your credit machine or questions regarding batches and deposits.
    2. Office Support  – Our Bams office is available to call between 9am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday and provides nothing less than outstanding customer service.
    3. Personal Representative –  It doesn’t get any better than a personal Representative (REAL PERSON) to talk to whenever you need assistance or are too busy to deal with customer service yourself.
